The question we get asked most about nipple piercing is about pain. It is very variable from one person to another. For some, it is their most painful piercing, and for others not at all. The level of pain felt depends mainly on how sensitive you are in this area. But in every case, it will be very quick

On the day of the piercing, we will fit a piece of jewellery made of a bar and two sterile titanium balls. The length of the bar is chosen to suit your build, leaving a little room for any swelling of the area and so that you can do your aftercare during healing.

Once the piercing has healed, on average after 3 to 6 months, we recommend swapping the bar for a shorter one.

It is common for a nipple piercing not to be fully healed after 6 months. In that case, we invite you to come and see us for personalised advice to help you finish healing.

This piercing will change how your nipples behave. They will tend to "point" all the time, which can also slightly affect the shape of the chest.
