TATTOO ON MOVE is two tattoo and piercing shops in the Vaucluse: L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, opened by Tof in 2005, and Carpentras, a long-established tattoo shop opened in 2004, taken over and relaunched by Tof in 2014.

Tof has been tattooing since 1995. He learned the trade in Madagascar with Marco Leoni, then travelled before setting down his machines on the banks of the Sorgue. TATTOO ON MOVE is about movement, travel and curiosity: twenty years on, that spirit is still the signature of the house.

Around him, a team of resident tattoo artists and piercers, and guest artists, all united by the same standard: careful, safe, always made-to-measure body art.

In both tattoo shops: tattoos, piercings, jewellery, tattoo and piercing aftercare, at the same prices and with the same philosophy. Our tattoo artists work in one or the other depending on requests.

A relaxation area for long sessions

In both tattoo shops: free tea and coffee, iced tea in summer, a fridge and microwave if you want to have lunch on site, and wifi.

Our clients come from all over the Vaucluse: Avignon, Cavaillon, Orange, Monteux, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Le Thor, Gordes… and holidaymakers passing through are welcome too.

Piercings and jewellery

Alyson in Carpentras, piercer since 2016, who also does permanent make-up for eyebrows and eyeliner; Ilona and Zoé in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

They advise and guide you according to what you want, with a selection of ASTM-F136 titanium and 18k gold jewellery, also on sale in our online shop.

Every tattoo is drawn for you: we never reproduce a piece that has already been done. You choose your tattoo artist, meet them at the shop to present your idea, then they prepare your design, which you see in its final version on the day of the session.

Where are the TATTOO ON MOVE tattoo shops?

At 15 quai Jean Jaurès in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (84800) and at 20 rue Bidault in Carpentras (84200). Both offer tattoos and piercings.

What tattoo styles do you offer?

Japanese and old school with Tof, dotwork, sketching and mandalas with Flo, old school, fat line and minimalism with Zoé, engraving with Marco Leoni, ornamental, realism and blackwork with Bambi. Depending on your project, we will point you to the most suitable artist.

What are your opening hours?

L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. Carpentras: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm, closing at 5pm on Thursdays. Online booking shows our real availability.

Do I need to book an appointment?

For a made-to-measure tattoo, yes: a first visit to the shop settles the project, the price and the date. For a small project or a flash design, walk-ins are possible depending on the artists' availability. Piercings can be done with or without an appointment, subject to availability.

How much does a tattoo cost?

The minimum price for a tattoo is €80. Beyond that, the price depends on the drawing and tattooing time, the size, the placement and the complexity. The details are on our Prices page.

Can I give a tattoo or a piercing as a gift?

Yes, with our gift vouchers, valid in both of our tattoo shops.
