Conch
The conch piercing is located in the hollow of the ear, roughly halfway up.
In terms of pain, it is no more painful than any other cartilage piercing, and it is very quick to do. Allow between 3 and 9 months for complete healing. As with all cartilage piercings, it is best to avoid sleeping on it so as not to slow down healing.
As for the jewellery, we will first fit a sterile titanium labret. Once your piercing has healed, you can, if you wish, switch to other jewellery:
- Rings: the diameter of the ring is chosen to the nearest millimetre according to the shape of the ear, for the best look and optimal comfort.
- Straight bars: as the area is fairly wide and set in the hollow of the ear, all kinds of jewellery can be worn, even the boldest.
It is also possible to create a composition of several conch piercings.
