With us, lobe piercing for children is done with a needle, which offers many advantages over the gun used by jewellers:

• A cleaner, less traumatic piercing
• Faster healing
• The option of high-quality jewellery with a flat back, more comfortable for healing, or classic butterfly clasps, depending on your preference.

We pierce children's lobes from age 6, so that the lobe is properly formed and out of respect for the child's consent.

For children, we recommend using a numbing cream, available from a pharmacy on prescription. If you do, book in advance so that we can guarantee our availability. The cream should be applied in a thick layer 1 hour before the appointment and covered with cling film. We remove the cream just before the piercing.

If you wish, both lobes can be pierced at the same time. Call us to find out which slots are available with two piercers.

On the day of the appointment, a parent with proof of identity must be present. If the surnames differ, bring a document proving the parent-child relationship.
