Preparation and dispatch

Your orders are prepared within 2 to 3 working days then dispatched by Colissimo with tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

• Mainland France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
• Europe: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
• Overseas territories / International: 5 to 15 working days after dispatch

Returns and exchanges

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed , with the tags intact and in their original packaging
• Personalised products cannot be returned

Return costs

The return costs are borne by the customer , except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty item.

Return procedure

1. Send an email to dpo@tattoo-on-move.fr with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will send you the return address and a reference number
3. Send the parcel to: Service retours – TATTOO ON MOVE – 20 rue Bidault, 84200 Carpentras, FRANCE
4. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the item, using the original payment method
