The bridge piercing is a piercing located between the eyes, on the bridge of the nose. It belongs to the family of surface piercings, which means it passes under the skin.

Like all surface piercings, you need to avoid catching it so as not to risk rejection. A piercing is said to be rejected when the skin holding it becomes thinner and thinner, until it disappears completely.

The piercing is quick and almost painless. Healing is generally fairly quick (around 3 to 6 months). The longest part of this piercing is marking the placement with a pen, because the placement must be perfect for the best result.

When piercing, we will fit a barbell with a ball on each end. The bar is chosen slightly longer to allow for swelling at the start of healing and so that you can do your aftercare properly.

Once the piercing has healed, you can shorten the bar and change the balls if you wish.
