## Fine line, minimalist, ignorant style and lettering tattoos in the Vaucluse

## What defines these styles

- **Fine line**: a thin, precise line, often in black, for flowers, foliage, animals or simple shapes.
- **Minimalism**: few lines, a motif reduced to the essentials; the bare skin left untouched is part of the design.
- **Ignorant style**: a deliberately naive drawing with a simple line, as if doodled in the margin of a notebook.
- **Lettering**: a name, a date, a phrase, in a handwriting chosen with the tattoo artist.
- **Size matters**: a line that is too thin or letters that are too tight will blur together over the years; the tattoo artist advises you on the size that will stay legible.

## How a small project works

For a small motif or a flash design, walk-ins are possible depending on availability. For a custom drawing, a first visit to the tattoo shop lets you present your idea, choose the size and placement, and get a price estimate. The drawing begins once the deposit has been paid, at least 30% of the tattoo price, deducted from the price.

For lettering, bring the exact text, written legibly, and check the spelling: it is what the tattoo artist will reproduce. The minimum price for a tattoo is €80.
